On Campus Immersion

The dates for the On-Campus sessions to be held at XLRI Jamshedpur will be communicated in due course. Attendance to the on-campus module is MANDATORY for all participants. The on-campus modules are subjected to the conditions that prevail at the point of time. These conditions pertain to the Pandemic or other unavoidable reasons. In the event, that the campus module cannot be held due to such extraneous and completing reasons, adequate alternate options with regards to the on-campus modules will be made available via online sessions.

Certificate

A minimum of 80% attendance to the LIVE lectures of each course within the program is a prerequisite for the successful completion of this program. In the event that attendance to the live lectures falls below 50% for any given course, participants will be required to repeat the course. There are periodic evaluations built in throughout the duration of the course. These maybe in the form of a quiz, assignment, term papers, project, case studies, dissertation or other objective/subjective assessments. The evaluations are designed ensure continuous student engagement with the course and encourage learning. The faculty members teaching their respective courses will choose the method of evaluation most appropriate to the material. An end term examination will also be conducted. Participants who successfully complete the same along with the requisite attendance criteria will be awarded a certificate of completion by XLRI.

Upon successful completion of this programme, participants will be conferred with the Executive Diploma in Advanced Business Strategies for CXOs from XLRI Jamshedpur. Participants will be eligible for the XLRI Alumni Status on attending the campus immersion, meeting all the academic requirements as laid down in the XLRI Policy, and maintaining a minimum attendance of 80%.

Admission Process

Candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria and subsequently clearing selection process after due validation of Statement of Purpose and required documentation will be extended an offer to enrol into this programme.

  • Eligibility Criteria
    • For Indian Participants - Graduates in any discipline (10+2+3)/(10+2+4) from a recognized university (UGC/AICTE/DEC/AIU/State Government).
    • For International Participants - Graduation or equivalent degree from any recognized University or Institution in their respective country.
    • Minimum of 10 years of work experience.

    • Educational Qualification (Degree Certificate/Transcript)
    • Experience Certificates (Appointment Letter, Salary Slips or Relieving Letter etc.) OR for Business Owners (Certificate of Incorporation & copy of ITR and GST Certificate)

  • Screening Process
    • Speak to our Program Advisor/Admission Manager to establish initial eligibility against specified eligibility criteria and programme pre-requisites.
    • Complete your online application form on XLRI website and pay Instalment 1 of Rs.12500 + GST. Instalment 1 amount of Rs.12500 + GST is non-refundable.
    • Upload all the necessary documents for assessment and validation including the Statement of Purpose (SoP).
    • Your selection into the programme will be based on a selection process including validation of academic performance and work experience as well as assessment of the SoP submitted.
    • On selection for enrolment duly communicated by XLRI, proceed to pay Instalment 2 within 7 days to be considered a registered and active participant of the batch.
